SEPARATED AT BIRTH
Our Governor posted the photo below in a tribute to his father on Father's Day, and I thought, dang, that looks a lot like me!! 😊

Lol! Well, there certainly is a definite physical resemblance to Doug S! The father’s name is Stephen Schutz. Stephen married Susan Polis, who thus became Susan Polis Schutz. They had a son and named him Jared, who didn’t want to be called Schutz, so changed his last name to Polis later in life, maybe for political reasons, or, more likely, for some juicy Freudian reason. At any rate. Governor Jared Polis’ favorite sport and activity is Bean Bag Toss (if you get my drift.)
The fairy governor must hate his father. He ditched his last name and took his mom’s maiden name (mama’s boy?). Then posted a stupid looking, unflattering photo of his dad.
DonBud - I am always amazed at your level of hate for those whose lifestyles and beliefs don't conform to yours. Jared Polis' message to his dad sounded pretty loving to me, and hey if Jared marries a guy, no problem AFIAC. It's certainly not my gig, but I certainly understand that sexual orientation has a very strong genetic component. Polis simply reversed his name as parti of a fund -raiser, and kept Schutz as his middle name because Polis sounds better - and I'd have to agree with that!
I ordered iced tea the other day and the waitress asked, “Sweetened or unsweetened?” “Unsweetened,” I replied. “Oh, so you hate sugar!," she exclaimed. “I am amazed at your level of hate for those whose tastes and preferences for sweetened iced tea don’t conform to yours.”
The point is I don't hate sugar, just don't want it in my iced tea. It's an example of why it's impossible to communicate with liberals. They twist everything around so that communication becomes impossible. Disagreement equals hate in their eyes. I don’t agree with the homosexual lifestyle, thus the liberal says I hate and fear homosexuals, which is totally absurd. Yet they cannot let go of that absurd conclusion.
What puzzled me about the father photo is that the hate America communists were supposed to be holding hundreds of “No Kings” protests across the country coinciding with the military parade in Washington last Saturday. Yet Comrade Gobblejob’s photo shows his father holding a large King of Spades sign. The t-shirt may be appropriate for a family and friends backyard barbecue, but looks a little silly on display for the whole world to see. Comrade G. is not admiring his father, he’s diminishing him.
Wow! How did we end up here? A simple. lighthearted post about the remarkable physical similarity between the Perfessor and the father of the governor of Colorado turns into name calling and denigration. I apologize on behalf of my ill-mannered, conservative “brethren,” if they can even be referred to as that.

I probably shouldn't make fun of people, but it's a bad habit I picked up from the communists, Saul Alinsky's rule #5, Ridicule.
