Sunday marked one more trip around the sun for Bella, our 12-year-old pooch, which puts her at 64 human years. Bella Simone is half Bichon Frise [Fiona Belle] and half Miniature Poodle [Simon], and weighs in at a ginormous 8 pounds. She is often confused for a puppy, with her size and cuteness, but also with her energy. She still does the Bichon Blitz now and then, and has a deeply-held animosity for other dogs and small children!
